ONLINE COACHING PRICING $250/mONTH

WHATS INCLUDED

  • Pre-programming video chat, as well as a bi-weekly video check-in ​call.
  • Nutrition - You will be provided custom macronutrients based on ​your goals. I will guide you on how to count calories and how to ​eat Intuitively. We will work around all dietary restrictions. There ​will be no food groups off limits. We are building a healthy ​balanced lifestyle.
  • Training - You will be provided a custom monthly training ​program. This will be tailored towards your current goals, your ​equipment accessibility, as well as your schedule. I can provide ​home or gym workouts or a combination of the two.
  • Email/Messaging access. I will be available to you throughout this ​process with any questions, concerns, plus tons of support.

About Me

My name is Kesha Collins, and I am a 32-year-old personal trainer ​located in Houston, Texas. I attended San Jose State University, ​where I received my Bachelors in Business Finance and where I also ​competed as a D1 softball player. Following my collegiate career, I ​combined my love for fitness and business, embarking on a ​corporate career within the luxury gym space. And while I did love ​the corporate side of things, I realized I much preferred a career that ​was centered around fitness. Eventually leading to me finding my ​passion as a personal trainer.


My mission as your trainer is to provide you with a program that ​goes well beyond training and nutrition. I specialize in strength ​training, muscle building, and gaining and losing weight. I am here to ​guide you throughout your journey of finding the balanced lifestyle ​that works best for you.
